Pho Tau Bay in Surrey

Ordered the #1 house special beef noodle and #47 chicken rice. Good quality and taste, friendly service. Generous meat served with noodles. I thought the prices were on the high side, compared to Vancouver and Richmond.

Got the vegetable pho and the seafood pho and they were both really good. Service on the other hand was lacking as we had to flag someone down when needed. Noticed a large amount of dust falling from the lanterns above on to the seats that made us switch over.

Can't go wrong with this chain been to all of their locations and ita pretty consistent.

This is the best pho I have ever had. There's something about their broth and their cuts of beef that make it stand out. Its super tender and the broth is super flavourful. I live in Delta and have tried many other places and this is the only pho place I go to. Maybe it's because it was where I first tried pho, idk. Nonetheless, if I had tired it first somewhere else my liking for pho wouldn't be the same. The staff are friendly aswell and remember our preferences when we come in. They deserve more than 5 stars.

This is hands down my favourite pho place in the lower mainland! The food is always so delicious, fresh and fast! I recommend it to everyone.

Would not recommend this location -- especially with COVID around. Never saw the server do a thorough wipe down of anything in the restaurant as I watched other customers come and go. Also didn't see her wash her hands once or at least disappear into the back long enough to do a proper handwash... There were old cups, a rubber band and crumbs on my table she set me at...and she did not remove it at any point.. When I asked for cutlery she had an attitude about it and set it down directly onto the dirty table.

It's a good Pho place.

Terrible service. The waitress/server/staff are not properly sanitizing the tables & chairs. The lady just rinsed a cloth with water & wiped the table, no proper sanitizer in sight.

My family had a terrible time there. First of all, none of the server was wearing a mask and they didn't properly wipe down tables. Im surprised that no one had reported them.Also, we thought it was so odd that food was served in plastic bowls, paper plates and drinks in styrofoam cups. We didn't go to a restaurant to have our food served in to go containers. The service was terrible, our server was super aggressive and hostile. They made us pay right after ordering and before sitting down to eat, how do we know how much to tip and if the service was going to be good. It wasn't in this case. There were people talking sooo loudly in the kitchen that it was actually very annoying. I will not come back to this restaurant ever again.

Good pho. Great service. Owner has a penchant for vintage 1970s stereos. Check out the sansui qrx-7500. Pure quadraphonic sweetness!

The food is consistently delicious, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. The atmosphere is casual but still sophisticated and pleasant. One of our favourite places to go!

It’s our go to Pho restaurant in Surrey. It was recommended to us by our friend Kim from New west. Their spring rolls are excellent, they’re served fresh every time. The soup broth were delicious. Service is good, friendly staff.

Great pho, super tasty and lots of condiments to spice up the broth. Yummy salad rolls. Good prices, fast service. Highly recommend.

This place was good. The food was tasty wasn't greasy and it was not oily which was perfect because we were looking for something that would be fast yet that didn't make us feel like we were eating junk food. Service was quick waited roughly 20ish minutes. There's lots of parking as it shares their lot with other establishments.

My usual go-to place when I am in Surrey. Friendly staff and the food comes out quick! Have not been disappointed by the Pho yet. The rice dishes were pretty good too. Filling. Take out rice dishes are a little disappointing as the portions of meat was small compared to the amount of rice given, so I usually stick with the Pho.

The best bo bun hue you can get! Love love this place, plenty of meats in the bowl but missing the pig blood but other than that everything was amazing. Fast service, clean place. I would go to this place in a heartbeat again!

Great Flavour but mediocre service. I definitely prefer the other Pho Tau Bay on 108 Ave.I feel like the portion of the Pho noodles here is less than what I get at the other location. Noodle wise, the Large here is equivalent to a Medium size at the other location (if not even less). The Jalapenos peppers here are less spicy and a bit sour which is odd to me. The worse part was... I was already finished my entire bowl of Pho and yet my coffee has not arrived... I asked for them to check on my coffee, but no came back to tell us what's going on. So when it did came, we asked for a take out cup. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience.However, they do accept debit card. I guess that's more convenient for some.

Love the rice and grilled chicken

Pretty good Pho. The broth is nice and rich, and they give you ample meat in your house special pho. The waitress could be friendlier though, other then that I have no complaints.

Portion size pretty big, value for money

Nothing but always the best. The 2 servers that this restaurant has are the hardest workers you'll ever see. This restaurant is lucky to have them. The food always comes out promptly and always fresh. Definitely a place to add to your rotation of restaurants.
